Southshore Bay Lagoon and Community

Our Role: 

Permitted, coordinated consultants, and built an overall facility, which included a 5-acre lagoon and associated machine room, 20-acre site improvements, multiple buildings including bathrooms, entry building, and numerous bars and restaurants.
