Mirada Lagoon and Community

Our Role: 

Permitted, coordinated consultants, and built fountains at the main entry of 3,000+ home master-planned subdivision. Projects consisted of 7 fountains ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to over a half-acre with multi-story structural components.

Permitted, coordinated consultants, and built a 15-acre lagoon and associated machine room, 40-acre site improvements, multiple buildings including bathrooms, entry building, and multiple bars and restaurants.
