Owner, General Contractor, Leader

Jake founded The Rogers Group in 2009. He is a general contractor with 20+ years of experience in development and construction. Jake enthusiastically leads our team and has earned a reputation for completing high-profile projects timely and within budget, resulting in client loyalty and multi-year relationships.

Jeff Rogers

Jeff Rogers

Director of Construction

Jeff brings over 29 years of building experience and has been a member of The Rogers Group for nine years. He is a certified welder and safety director with multiple certifications. Jeff provides quality control, direction, communication, and budgeting for our projects.

Anthony Pavlides

Anthony Pavlides

Director of Pre-Construction

Anthony holds a Master’s in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Design and is a certified building Contractor. He has more than 23 years of experience and has been with The Rogers Group for four years. Anthony leads the estimating, purchasing, and permitting.

Stacey Beck

Stacey Beck

Office Manager

Stacey offers a wealth of financial and accounting experience in her crucial role. With 30 years in the industry and over seven with The Rogers Group, Stacey adeptly handles financials, accounts payable and receivable, human resources, employee benefits, and onboarding for the team.

Wade Dimsdale

Wade Dimsdale

Project Manager

A Certified Residential Contractor, Wade has 27 years of experience in the construction industry. A Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Wade joined our team six years ago. Our shared core values and team focus made this a perfect fit. Wade works closely with management, negotiating contracts, planning, and overseeing projects.

Purchasing Manager

Trinity joined our team in 2022 as a Purchasing Coordinator and quickly advanced to Purchasing Agent and Manager. Trinity is a valued team member with experience in project planning, team coordination, and account management. She is certified in Project Management / Lean Process and FASA/BASA Alarm Academy.

Kevin Dindial

Purchasing Manager

Kevin joined The Rogers Group in 2023 as Purchasing Manager. He brings our team 20 years of industry experience and a positive attitude. Kevins’s responsibilities include project proposals, cost savings, customer and vendor relationships, and team building.

Jay McCoy

Project Manager

Jay joined The Rogers Group in 2023 as a Project Manager. He holds a Florida General Contractor License, has a background in Business Management, and offers more than 20 years of experience. Jay’s responsibilities include daily management of projects and goals.

Travis Richardson

Travis Richardson

Project Manager

Travis has 20 years of experience and three years with The Rogers Group. Travis runs the day-to-day operations for building lagoons. He is reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated. His responsibilities include scheduling, ordering materials, inspections, and working with the client’s team.

Feras Ayroud

Superintendent

Feras joined The Rogers Group in 2023 as a Superintendent. His background includes A.S. in Construction Management and OSHA 30 certification. Feras’ management of job sites and subcontractors helps ensure projects are completed safely and within timeframe and budget.

Patrick Ogden

Superintendent

Patrick joined The Rogers Group in 2023 as a Superintendent. He brings 15 years of experience to our team. Patrick’s responsibilities include overseeing projects, scheduling subcontractors, and managing in-house labor to ensure work is completed on time and to expectations.

Wyatt Rogers

Wyatt Rogers

Superintendent

Wyatt joined The Rogers Group in 2021 as Superintendent. He spends his time in the field scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing trades to ensure jobs are fully completed and strives to exceed expectations. His favorite projects to date are Southshore Bay and Mandarin Grove.

Glenda Matthews

Project Accountant

Glenda joined The Rogers Group in 2023 as a Project Accountant. She brings over 20 years of accounting experience to our team. Glends helps ensure that our billing and budgeting stay on track for each project.

Emily Palma

Emily Palma

Project Coordinator

Emily joined The Rogers Group in 2023 as a Project Coordinator. She holds an Associate’s degree in Engineering and has two years of experience. Her responsibilities include handling preconstruction documentation and vendor communication.
