Our Role: 

Permitted, coordinated design consultants and built the overall facility, a 6-acre lagoon and associated machine room, 22-acre site improvements, multiple buildings including bathrooms, entry building, and multiple bars and restaurants within the master planned community of 3,000+ homes.
